AAHDs is committed to bringing food and hygiene to the vulnerable poor , dejected and  weeping African population.
It costs about $140 to feed a soul in Africa monthly , and $25 will provide soaps , bleach and detergents (monthly) to stay clean and healthy.

A lot of Africans consume imbalance diets. This lack of adequate nutrients end up affecting the uniformity in bodily growth, brain development and ultimately a weak immune system.
AAHDs has identified all these and is working to remedy it.

Clean hands ,clean clothes and clean  environment,if adhered strictly to, are  enough to cut diseases by 78% among Africans.
Our mission is to combat hunger and diseases in the same swoop.
